Technical Project Manager – Hybrid

About the role

ECI is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead multiple client projects in a hybrid work environment. The role combines strong technical expertise with proven project leadership to deliver system improvements and new process implementations for financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in planning, design, and analysis of project requirements.
• Understand client business priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, and leads to define optimal technical designs.
• Own issue resolution from identification through full closure.
• Create and maintain project artifacts, documentation, and tracking reports for stakeholder approval.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• 8‑9 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years leading simple to moderately complex projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Professional presentation skills and experience producing technical documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
