Technical Partner Enablement Manager

About the role

Sarvam is building a partner ecosystem called Sarvam Circle to bring frontier AI to government, enterprises and MSMEs across India. The Technical Partner Enablement Manager will own the engineering core of this ecosystem, ensuring partner engineers are certified, meet Sarvam’s quality standards, and can deliver solutions independently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with a set of partner firms, tracking their certified capacity and the quality of their deliveries.
• Design, launch and run the partner certification programme, defining the competencies required before engineers can work on Sarvam deployments.
• Create and maintain enablement playbooks, tooling and training that allow partners to build on Sarvam’s stack without direct Sarvam engineer support.
• Lead the first co‑delivered engagement with a new partner, assess readiness and guide subsequent independent deliveries.
• Maintain a regular review cadence with partners to monitor engagement progress, risks and compliance with quality bar.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience working with systems integrators or consulting firms, understanding their engineering organization and quality challenges.
• Technical credibility with partners; able to review implementations, spot potential failures and discuss designs as a peer.
• Proven track record building scalable enablement programmes, certifications or technical onboarding.
• Deep knowledge of agentic AI, large language models (LLMs) and production‑grade AI evaluation.
• Resilient under pressure, maintaining standards even when programmes fall behind schedule.
