Technical Operations Engineer – AI Radiology Software

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to lead the deployment, integration, and ongoing technical support of AI‑based radiology software in hospitals and diagnostic centers. The role combines hands‑on engineering with close collaboration with customer success and product teams to ensure reliable AI performance in clinical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI software across offline, cloud, and hybrid client infrastructures.
• Integrate the solution with PACS, RIS, and standalone radiology workflows.
• Validate AI outputs and conduct thorough testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain high system uptime.
• Work with Customer Success teams on support tickets and escalations.
• Maintain detailed deployment documentation, reports, and implementation records.
• Coordinate with Engineering teams to resolve issues and drive product improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in technical support, deployment, implementation, or field engineering.
• Background in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or SaaS environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with basic client‑facing communication skills.
