Technical Manager – Construction Finance

About the role

The Technical Manager will lead the technical and compliance aspects of construction finance projects for ABHFL in Ajmer. This role ensures that policies, processes, and vendor relationships are aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review city‑specific policy and process notes, incorporating deviations and mitigations.
• Manage vendor empanelment, periodic reviews, and monitoring of turnaround times for assigned zones.
• Conduct regular audits of vendors and sampled valuations, ensuring compliance with audit policies.
• Perform feasibility studies, techno‑economic analysis, and valuation of construction finance projects, including regulatory compliance checks.
• Monitor project life cycles, milestones, and fund utilization, providing quarterly progress reports.
• Validate valuation reports from agencies and maintain up‑to‑date MIS for all construction finance projects.
• Ensure business compliance with technical norms and development control regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction finance, project feasibility analysis, and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of audit processes, regulatory compliance, and real‑estate development controls.
• Ability to prepare detailed policy documents and maintain accurate project MIS.
