Technical Lead - EPM

About the role

You will act as the technical subject‑matter expert for Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, pushing technology to its limits while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining next‑generation, mobile‑first applications that meet business demands and adhere to best coding practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and define solution specifications for Oracle EPM Cloud modules.
• Maintain and support EPBCS, FCCS, and EPRCS implementations, including patches and upgrades.
• Design and build Essbase outlines, calculation scripts, business rules, dimension structures, data loads, and batch automation.
• Manage monthly data load processes, ERP integrations, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Oversee master data management and governance for Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Develop, test, and maintain reports and dashboards using Smart View, ad‑hoc queries, and Financial Reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of hands‑on experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Minimum two full‑cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (Techno‑Functional) covering EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS, and data integration.
• Proven experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with on‑premise or cloud ERP/Non‑ERP systems using EPM Agent and EPM Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
