IT Manager / Sr. Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced IT Manager / Senior Manager to lead the design, delivery and operation of its global infrastructure portfolio. The role will shape the technology roadmap, ensure the health of critical systems and drive continuous improvement across server, storage, network and database environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural, functional and process guidance to define scalable IT capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to translate needs into effective solutions.
• Partner with architects to drive long‑term technology road‑mapping and capability planning.
• Ensure operational health of IT systems across security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.
• Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure management including servers, storage, operating systems, backup, network and database platforms.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless, voice and data network environments.
• Drive database operations, performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Plan and implement scalable infrastructure aligned with business growth.
• Manage infrastructure projects, migrations and upgrades while ensuring compliance with IT standards, governance and audit requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale infrastructure teams and projects.
• Strong collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
