Java Associate Developer

About the role

Join Valtech Mobility’s global Connected Vehicle team as a Java Associate Developer. You will contribute to cutting‑edge connected‑car services for leading automotive brands, working in an environment that values freedom, accountability, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Java 8+ with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Design scalable micro‑service architectures and apply proven design patterns.
• Implement RESTful APIs and Feign clients, following a Test‑Driven Development approach.
• Deploy, monitor, and operate services on Kubernetes‑based platforms.
• Collaborate in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to deliver high‑quality features.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building Java applications and a mindset of ownership from design to operations.
• Willingness to acquire domain knowledge in connected‑vehicle technologies.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a globally distributed team.
