Technical Expert – Lab-as-a-Service (Hardware Validation)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Expert to lead our Lab‑as‑a‑Service offering focused on hardware validation. You will combine deep technical knowledge of EMC, reliability and certification testing with senior B2B marketing expertise to create compelling value propositions, drive pipeline growth and ensure flawless delivery for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define positioning and messaging for Lab‑as‑a‑Service across verticals such as automotive, industrial, consumer and medical.
• Create sales enablement assets (battlecards, case studies, ROI calculators) and coach the sales team on technical discovery.
• Engage engineering leaders of strategic accounts, lead technical discovery workshops, draft scopes of work and negotiate quotes.
• Represent the lab at conferences, standards bodies and publish white‑papers and benchmarks.
• Translate customer requirements into validation scopes, define test coverage, acceptance criteria and timelines.
• Develop and optimise test methods to improve throughput and first‑pass yield.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in B2B technical or product marketing, preferably combined with hands‑on hardware validation or test engineering leadership.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, NABL accreditation and relevant industry standards (IEC/UL/EN, CISPR, ISO 26262, IEC 60601).
• Proficiency with test instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, environmental chambers), data‑acquisition systems and automated test frameworks.
