Technical Architect (Cloud & Platform Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Architect to lead the design, development and evolution of scalable, secure and high‑performing cloud platforms. The role combines deep expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems and DevOps with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end architecture for cloud‑native and hybrid solutions, creating blueprints, reference models and technical roadmaps.
• Lead implementation across Azure, AWS and GCP, designing and optimizing Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) platforms, including GPU workloads.
• Design autoscaling, high‑availability, disaster‑recovery and multi‑region deployment strategies while optimizing cost and performance.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines, release strategies (blue‑green, canary) and drive Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep.
• Implement security controls, IAM, network security and data‑protection measures, ensuring secure hybrid connectivity.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, meet SLA targets and apply reliability engineering and chaos‑testing practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and mentor engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale cloud platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of microservices, event‑driven and API‑first architectural patterns.
• Hands‑on expertise with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, GKE).
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep) and modern CI/CD practices.
• Solid knowledge of security, compliance, IAM and hybrid connectivity.
• Ability to work independently, drive technical governance and mentor junior engineers.
