Technical Architect - Business Tools and IT Service Management

About the role

We are looking for a senior Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable business tools and IT Service Management solutions for our global software division.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Solution Architecture: define, design and govern scalable business solutions independent of specific technologies.
• Data Flow & System Integration: ensure seamless integration across applications and data flows, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Architecture Advisory & Continuous Improvement: provide guidance, technical direction and recommendations for modernization and future scalability.
• Modernization & Platform Transformation: lead legacy migration, platform standardisation and promote reuse of standard capabilities.
• ITSM & Governance Alignment: align architectural decisions with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Release, Asset, Operations) and enterprise governance.

Required profile

• B.Tech, MCA or higher qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in application development, data & integration architecture, cloud, DevOps, ServiceNow and AI solutions.

Required skills

• ServiceNow solution architecture and platform customisation.
• ITSM process transformation (Incident, Change, Release, Asset, Operations).
• Cloud‑native architecture, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Data architecture, modelling, orchestration, analytics and enterprise integration.
• Modern development frameworks, APIs and integration technologies.
• Enterprise AI solutions including Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, model optimisation and intelligent automation.
