Tech Lead – AI Feature Development for Cloud‑Based Industrial Applications

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Lead to drive AI feature development for cloud‑based industrial AI and software applications. The role combines deep production knowledge with AI expertise to deliver high‑impact solutions for manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI feature requirements: elicitation, analysis, prioritisation, specification, validation and ongoing management.
• Provide technical steering for AI features focused on time‑series and tabular data, ensuring on‑time, specification‑compliant, high‑quality delivery.
• Maintain a continuous AI feature pipeline by integrating the latest research and technological advances.
• Guide and mentor the AI development team, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Collaborate with international, interdisciplinary experts across AI, software engineering, business and domain areas.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers, stakeholders and senior management.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade AI features for cloud‑based industrial applications, especially with time‑series and tabular data.
• Strong background in building and leading AI development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in AI feature development.
• Extensive experience working in international, interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
