About the role
The HR Helpdesk Team Member will support payroll and HR operations by processing payroll data, maintaining employee records, and responding to HR queries. The role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution and may involve supporting global payroll for regions such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Canada, LATAM, Europe, the UK, APAC and ASEAN.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, calculate, and enter payroll information into the system.
- Process end‑to‑end payroll cycles and perform post‑run analysis.
- Maintain up‑to‑date employment records and handle individual HR‑related inquiries.
- Support global payroll operations across multiple geographic regions.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data‑security standards.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience with payroll systems or HRIS platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with ADP Global View and Celegro.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and capacity to meet deadlines.
- Professionalism, confidentiality and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with global payroll across various regions is a plus.
