Team Member – Data Privacy

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Member to drive and implement our data privacy framework. The role will develop learning modules, raise employee awareness, evaluate privacy‑enabling technologies and ensure compliance across third‑party contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver privacy awareness training and learning modules for staff.
• Evaluate and recommend privacy tools for processes such as PII inventory, data flow diagrams, DPIA and grievance handling.
• Define, monitor and report on privacy‑related KPIs, including data‑subject request turnaround time.
• Integrate privacy checks into third‑party risk management (TPRM) and conduct DPIAs for new vendors.
• Oversee consent management across all digital assets and coordinate with branch teams.
• Ensure third‑party contracts comply with privacy requirements and monitor ongoing adherence.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and frameworks.
• Experience creating and delivering privacy awareness programs.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, IT and business units.
• Detail‑oriented with solid analytical and reporting skills.
