About the role

As a Team Member you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of automated beverage kiosks located at various sites. You will ensure that each machine is fully stocked, clean, and functioning correctly while providing a positive experience for users.

Key responsibilities

Refill beverage machines daily and monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance, inspecting equipment for faults and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
Assist customers with questions, resolve complaints related to machine errors, and gather feedback.

Required profile

Comfortable handling physical inventory and performing hands‑on tasks.
Basic mechanical aptitude to identify and address simple equipment problems.
Strong communication skills for interacting with kiosk users.
Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
