About the role

The Team Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Hyderabad District. You will lead a team of insurance sales and customer service professionals, ensuring performance targets, service standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

Coach, mentor and allocate tasks to team members.
Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback and report to senior management.
Support staff in managing client relationships, resolving issues and promoting company products.
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance service quality.

Required profile

Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong people management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports and make informed decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field.

Required skills

Proficiency in basic office software.
Experience with sales and customer management systems.
