Team Leader, Trustee Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Team Leader for Trustee Operations to manage foreclosure processes for default loans in compliance with state regulations. The role involves overseeing the end‑to‑end foreclosure workflow, ensuring document accuracy and protecting borrower rights.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and complete foreclosure procedures on default loans according to state requirements.
• Obtain and verify all required pre‑foreclosure notices and related documents.
• Research title search documents from county records to confirm clear title before proceeding.
• Review borrower details to identify any state‑regulated protections affecting the foreclosure.
• Conduct regular compliance testing and internal audits of mortgage processes.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in mortgage voice or semi‑voice processes.
• Strong verbal communication skills with fluent English and a neutral accent.
• Excellent analytical and cognitive abilities.
• High attention to detail.
