Team Leader – Tele Sales for Luxury Real Estate

About the role

ReAlpha Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to head its tele‑sales function for premium real‑estate offerings in Gurugram. You will manage a dedicated team of tele‑sales professionals, drive daily and weekly targets, and convert qualified leads into site visits and closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of tele‑sales agents to achieve revenue goals.
• Design and continuously improve call scripts and pitch strategies for luxury properties.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse call data, and refine lead‑qualification processes.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools to support forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with account management and on‑ground sales teams to ensure seamless hand‑over of qualified prospects.
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in tele‑sales, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret call and conversion data.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, and a professional phone presence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Gurugram and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
