Team Leader – Outlet

About the role

The Outlet Team Leader will support the Outlet Manager in delivering seamless service within the hotel’s food and beverage outlet. Working in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, you will help ensure efficient operations, guest satisfaction and adherence to the outlet’s concept.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operational planning and execution.
• Monitor service quality, ensuring courteous, professional and flexible guest interactions.
• Coordinate with back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Support inventory control, stock replenishment and cost‑control measures.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or outlet operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of outlet service standards and operational procedures.
