Team Leader – Mansion Upkeep

About the role

Raffles Udaipur is seeking a highly organized Team Leader to oversee the upkeep of its luxury mansions. You will ensure that every interior, exterior, and surrounding garden area meets the brand’s exacting standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and support a team of housekeeping and maintenance staff across multiple high‑end properties.
• Design and execute efficient cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with luxury standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with vendors for specialized tasks.
• Handle guest inquiries related to mansion upkeep and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for upkeep operations.
• Implement safety and security protocols throughout the properties.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property management or luxury hospitality.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of motivating teams.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Hindi or local languages a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
