Team Leader – LRM (Rural Distribution)

About the role

Paytm is India’s leading mobile payments and financial services platform. As a Team Leader – LRM you will be responsible for growing distribution and market share of lending and other financial products in the assigned rural area, while leading and coaching a field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share of financial products in the designated rural region.
• Recruit, train and mentor Field Sales Executives (FSE) to achieve business targets.
• Plan market coverage, set targets and communicate plans effectively to the team.
• Monitor quality parameters, conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
• Drive cross‑selling of merchant loans, personal loans, gold SIPs and other products.
• Travel extensively across the territory to ensure active market presence.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; post‑graduation preferred.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a quick learning mindset.
• Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel frequently.
• Understanding of lending products and ability to train team members.
