Retail Associate – Murthal Store

About the role

Nike is seeking a motivated Retail Associate to join the new company‑owned store in Murthal, Haryana. As a Nike Direct Athlete you will deliver world‑class service using Nike’s four service principles – Know, Equip, Engage and Inspire – while representing the brand with enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, building authentic connections and guiding shoppers through their journey.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage shipping and receiving duties.
• Maintain store presentation by stocking the floor, creating visual displays, and performing cleaning tasks.
• Support daily retail operations, including stockroom duties, visual merchandising, and store events.

Required profile

• Secondary school qualification with the ability to perform basic math operations.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• One or more years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
