Team Leader – Lending Relationship Management (LRM)

About the role

Paytm is looking for a proactive Team Leader to drive the distribution and sales of its lending products in the rural area of Ayodhya. You will act as the primary point of contact for merchants, guiding them from initial outreach to final purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share for financial products in the assigned rural region.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a field sales team (FSE) to achieve business targets.
• Plan market size, geography, and coverage for the sales team.
• Communicate targets and plans clearly to minimise gaps between expectations and delivery.
• Monitor quality parameters, conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
• Promote cross‑sell products such as Merchant Loan, Personal Loan, and GOLD SIP.

Required profile

• Graduate or higher; post‑graduation preferred.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities; quick learner.
• Excellent networking skills and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to train and groom allocated manpower.
