Team Leader – Housekeeping

About the role

The Team Leader – Housekeeping will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest areas meet Accor’s high standards of cleanliness and service. You will lead a team of housekeepers, coordinate tasks, and act as the primary point of contact for guest requests and operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with floor staff and supervise all team tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to established standards.
• Supervise public areas and replenish guest supplies promptly.
• Report and follow up on any damage, malfunction or unusual activity in rooms.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, floor reports and regular room checklists.
• Record room status accurately and assist the Executive Housekeeper with attendance and performance assessments.
• Ensure compliance with fire, life‑safety and emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and training sessions as required.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
