Team Leader - Housekeeping

About the role
The Team Leader – Housekeeping will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department at Hyatt Regency Amritsar, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures guest rooms and public areas meet the high expectations of guests, owners, and the hotel team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing all housekeeping functions, including room cleaning, floor maintenance, and public area upkeep.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms and hotel floors.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
- Support the implementation of departmental procedures and quality controls.
- Report any issues or deviations from standards to senior management.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
