Team Leader - Front Office

About the role

The Front Office Team Leader will supervise the reception area of Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, ensuring smooth daily operations, high‑quality guest service, and effective coordination with all hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee reception staff, train new members and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out processes, handling queries, complaints and special requests efficiently.
• Maintain Front Office log books, shift reports and banquet function records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and improve departmental efficiency through coaching and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedural manuals and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of front‑office public areas and support emergency situations as needed.
