Team Leader - BGV International Employee Data Management

About the role

The Team Leader will head a group of Associates and Senior Associates responsible for international employee data management. This role ensures accurate, compliant HR data handling while supporting 24x7 rotational operations.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate work, monitor progress and ensure SLA adherence for all requests and transactions.
• Manage escalations and provide expert guidance on complex HR data issues.
• Drive data‑quality initiatives, produce audit reports and meet compliance requirements.
• Liaise with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support team training, knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
• Prepare and analyse performance, accuracy and turnaround‑time reports.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in Employee Data Management operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotational schedules.
• Demonstrated integrity when handling confidential data.
