Team Lead – Sales & Business Development for AI Advertising Platform

About the role

Pi Commerce, an AI‑powered advertising platform, helps local businesses acquire new customers through automated Facebook and Instagram campaigns. As a Team Lead you will manage a sales team that sells this solution to SMBs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives selling Pi Commerce.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor calling productivity, demos, follow‑ups, CRM hygiene and conversions.
• Conduct regular call audits and coach team members to improve performance.
• Train the team on product knowledge, Meta Ads basics, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Resolve merchant concerns related to pricing, ad budgets, campaign performance and lead quality.
• Maintain team dashboards and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Product, Training, Onboarding and Support teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, SMB sales, digital marketing or ad sales, and sales team management.
• Proven track record leading inside‑sales or telesales teams, especially selling Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising solutions to local businesses.
