Team Lead - Real Estate Sales

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive its real estate sales operations in Pune. You will be responsible for leading a team of at least ten full‑time sales professionals, setting targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to enhance performance.
• Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and deliver regular feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture and manage day‑to‑day operations.
• Handle people management tasks, including grievance handling, performance improvement plans, and morale building.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the Pune real estate market.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, stakeholders, and developer partners.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyse data, and present insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years total experience, with at least 4 years in real estate sales.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role managing a team of 10+ employees.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In‑depth knowledge of Pune real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive sales decisions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email tools, and a sales CRM.
