Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Engineers Realty is expanding its sales team in Pune/PCMC and is looking for energetic individuals to drive property sales. As a Sales Executive you will act as the first point of contact for prospects, guide them through the buying journey and help them secure their ideal property.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads, qualify prospects and convert them into site visits and bookings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio.
• Conduct site visits, present project USPs and answer client queries.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects to build strong relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Coordinate with pre‑sales, CRM and project teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in real‑estate sales (freshers with excellent communication are also welcome).
• Target‑oriented mindset with a self‑motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel within Pune/PCMC for site visits.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused approach with relationship‑building skills.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.
