About the role
Amazon is looking for a Team Lead to manage shift operations at its Delivery Center in New Delhi. In this position you will support the DC manager, drive performance, and ensure a safe, cost‑effective, and customer‑focused operation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end inbound and outbound operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites.
- Meet customer‑facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and safety standards.
- Drive performance management, coaching, and development of associate teams.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits to improve delivery processes.
- Stand in for the Area Manager when required.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a positive delivery experience.
Required profile
- Graduate with 1‑3 years of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong execution and action‑oriented mindset.
- Resourceful problem‑solver able to achieve results with limited resources.
- Good people‑management skills and ability to lead a team.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
