Team Lead / Account Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a driven Digital Marketing Team Lead / Account Manager to own end‑to‑end growth initiatives for our clients and internal brands. Based in our Delhi office, the role blends performance‑marketing execution, strategic consulting and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other channels, managing budgets and KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and lead generation.
• Serve as the primary client contact, conduct weekly and monthly business reviews, present performance insights and recommend growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly social‑media content calendars, translating business goals into platform‑specific strategies.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms, coordinating with designers and video editors to ensure timely publishing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and developers to manage website content, optimise conversion pathways and implement tracking frameworks.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client‑facing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering performance‑marketing results and managing budgets.
• Strong client‑management skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience planning and executing social‑media strategies and content calendars.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design, content and development teams.
