Tax Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Tax Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. You will support financial outcomes by collecting operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions while ensuring statutory reporting and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file complex Federal, State, and International tax returns.
• Develop monthly and quarterly tax calculations, workpapers, and effective tax rate reconciliations.
• Execute quality testing, document controls, and ensure audit compliance.
• Assist the Assistant Manager with internal communications, reporting, and audit observations.
• Utilize SAP, MS Office, and OneSource tools for tax process design and data management.

Required profile

• Commerce graduate, MBA, Finance, CA, CFA, CMA, or ICWA qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit testing.
• Proven ability to work independently, draft control design and remediation plans, and adhere to policy and procedure guidelines.
