Tax Executive (CA) – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Ahmedabad office as a Tax Executive on an urgent, immediate basis. The role involves handling a range of direct tax compliance activities for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Quarterly e‑TDS, SFT, and other periodic e‑filings of returns and statements.
• Assist in scrutiny proceedings and guide clients in compiling required documentation.
• Issue Form 15CB and determine applicable TDS rates for overseas payments to non‑residents.
• Support the Deputy Manager – Direct Tax Compliance on all direct‑tax matters and proceedings.
• Visit tax departments for follow‑up on pending matters.
• Prepare and submit periodic e‑filings, addressing issues with tax authorities and clients.
• Prepare tax computations and e‑file Income Tax Returns.
• Assist in the preparation and accurate filing of Tax Audit Reports.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian direct tax laws, assessments, and audit processes.
• Ability to interact with tax authorities and clients professionally.
