Tax Consultant II – International Tax

About the role

Deloitte India’s International Tax group is seeking a Tax Consultant II to support U.S.-based clients with international tax compliance and advisory services. The role is based in India and works closely with the U.S. tax team to deliver high‑quality tax solutions across multiple Indian locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file U.S. international tax returns, including Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, and 1118.
• Provide tax accounting for international tax matters and related advisory services.
• Support the Deloitte India Tax Compliance Group in delivering income tax and other tax return preparation for U.S. clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their tax transformation needs and contribute to project delivery.
• Assist in engagement and team management activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or equivalent from a reputed university.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in U.S. taxation.
• Experience with international taxation is highly preferable.
• Knowledge of recent U.S. tax reforms is a plus.
