Tax Compliance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tax Compliance Executive to join our Kolkata office. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings while providing advisory support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, Annual Returns, etc.)
• Manage GST reconciliation and overall compliance
• Handle GST notices, assessments, and communications with tax authorities
• Prepare and file Income Tax returns
• Manage TDS/TCS compliance and return filing
• Assist clients with tax planning and advisory matters
• Maintain compliance calendars and ensure statutory deadlines are met
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary data and documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter)
• 1–4 years of experience in GST and Income Tax compliance
• Good knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC regulations
• Strong communication and client‑handling abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
