Tax Analyst – Statutory Reporting

About the role

The Statutory Accounting team at Accenture is looking for a Tax Analyst to support statutory audits and reporting for group entities. This entry‑level position offers exposure to end‑to‑end statutory reporting, coordination with external auditors and collaboration with tax, treasury and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory accounts for assigned legal entities in line with local GAAP.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion and filing of statutory accounts.
• Develop audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with Business Units, Legal, Corporate, Treasury, HR and Payroll teams to provide auditors with required information.
• Draft financial statements and disclosures according to statutory requirements.
• Prepare and support annual legal entity tax returns, working with tax and corporate advisors.
• Address queries from directors during financial statement reviews and obtain approvals.
• Collaborate with the Tax team to finalize tax disclosures and calculations.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of statutory reporting and accounting standards.

Required skills

• IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation.
• XBRL tagging.
• Preparation of tax packs and statutory disclosures.
