About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tandoor Cook to join the culinary team of a reputed luxury resort in Udaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic tandoor dishes while upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage a variety of tandoor dishes with consistency and quality.
- Maintain strict hygiene and kitchen standards throughout the cooking process.
- Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of tandoor items during peak hours.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in the tandoor section of a kitchen.
- Good understanding of Indian cuisine and tandoor operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
