Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage a variety of tandoor dishes with consistency and quality.

• Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely preparation and service of tandoor items during peak hours.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in the tandoor section of a kitchen.
• Good understanding of Indian cuisine and tandoor operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
