About the role

The Talent Sourcing Partner acts as a strategic ally for a dedicated business line, using advanced technology and market insights to identify high‑caliber candidates for critical vacancies. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Team Leads and Talent Partners to ensure a robust pipeline aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with TA Team Leads to review hiring roadmaps and prioritize sourcing for critical roles.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for the assigned business line, consulting hiring managers on candidate personas and market feasibility.
• Execute search strategies using Boolean logic, semantic search, and AI‑powered platforms to engage passive talent.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other automation tools to streamline discovery and engagement.
• Conduct market mapping and research to provide intelligence on competitor talent density and compensation trends.
• Build and nurture talent communities for recurring roles to reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Prepare quarterly sourcing updates, analysing performance metrics and channel effectiveness.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment within a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to consult hiring managers and provide data‑backed recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
