About the role
The Talent & Learning Coordinator will join AVEVA’s global People Team to design, deliver and administer learning experiences for employees across AVEVA, RIB and ETAP. Working in a hybrid model, you will coordinate programs that support the development of our worldwide workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent & Learning team to understand business needs and shape learning experiences.
- Plan, organise and coordinate training programmes, workshops and webinars, handling venue, technology platforms, materials and vendor logistics.
- Manage vendor procurement, payments and contract processes using internal systems.
- Oversee participant registration, communication, enrolment and maintain accurate attendance and evaluation records.
- Implement assessment strategies, generate training metrics reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate instructor‑led sessions as required and manage courses in Workday Learning, including third‑party content.
- Provide learner support via a ticketing system and respond to reporting and analytics requests.
- Create and maintain learning content (presentations, videos, e‑learning) with subject‑matter experts.
- Uphold content standards, catalogue governance, branding and accessibility for inclusive learning.
- Support system, process and policy improvement projects for Talent & Learning.
Required profile
- Comfortable interacting with employees at all organisational levels.
- Ability to coordinate with global teams across different time zones.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple learning initiatives.
