Talent Attraction Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Lead to shape and drive Nestlé’s employer branding and talent attraction agenda. In this leadership position you will translate business and workforce priorities into integrated strategies that build sustainable talent pipelines and deliver engaging candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent attraction and employer branding strategies aligned with business and workforce priorities.
• Lead the talent attraction portfolio, set priorities and ensure delivery across multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications and business leaders to translate talent needs into scalable attraction solutions.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing Talent Attraction team, fostering capability and continuous growth.
• Design and deliver employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns for experienced professionals and early‑career talent.
• Manage content and channel strategies across career sites, LinkedIn, social media, CRM tools and employee advocacy programs.
• Oversee campaign budgets, agencies, vendors and multiple concurrent projects.
• Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards to evaluate reach, engagement, conversion, talent quality and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies and multiple projects in a matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
