Talent Acquisition Team Lead

About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Lead you will join an established recruiting team in a hybrid delivery/team‑leader capacity. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, oversee a group of recruiters and build strong relationships across the business while championing diversity and inclusion in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Deliver recruitment campaigns that meet predefined KPIs.
• Create brand awareness and innovative attraction tactics to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Produce performance reports to drive outcomes, team productivity and business decisions.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑ones with recruiters to remove roadblocks and foster collaboration.
• Interview candidates at all levels across domains and solution offerings.
• Develop social networking channels and promote Capco as an employer of choice.
• Lead projects that benefit the recruitment function and the wider business.

Required profile

• Prior recruitment experience in financial services, IT, consulting or technical domains.
• Proven success in an in‑house recruitment role with extensive stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver volume direct hiring.
• Previous experience managing a team of recruiters.
• Experience working onsite or in‑house is essential.
• Excellent oral, written and email communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and independent thinking abilities.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Effective prioritisation and time‑management skills.
