Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

WoodenStreet is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its fast‑growing e‑commerce and retail business in Udaipur. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across all levels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with hiring managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Develop and promote employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate talent acquisition records and generate regular hiring reports.
• Utilise recruitment tools, ATS and sourcing platforms to build and manage candidate pipelines.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in a fast‑growing retail or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Udaipur and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
