Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing consulting firm as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and own the end‑to‑end sourcing process for finance, data and consulting positions. You will work closely with the HR team in Germany to shape hiring strategies and build high‑quality talent pipelines on LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Actively search, identify and approach candidates on LinkedIn for open roles across finance, data and consulting teams.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator.
• Craft personalized InMails and connection requests that achieve high response rates.
• Align with HR on role requirements, priorities and search strategy.
• Keep LinkedIn talent pools and pipelines organized and up‑to‑date.
• Maintain persistent, professional follow‑up with candidates throughout the sourcing process.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level).
• Good understanding of finance, data and consulting profiles or willingness to learn quickly.
• Structured, independent work style with fast response times.
• Enjoys direct candidate engagement and persistent follow‑up.
• Basic German language skills are a plus but not required.
