Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Executive (0-5 yrs)

About the role

Venus HR Consultancy Limited is seeking motivated Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Executives to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of industries. The position is based in Surat and offers the chance to work with a global HR consultancy serving clients across 17 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closure for multiple job openings.
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate communication, follow‑ups and final closures.
• Manage several job roles simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Freshers or professionals with up to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Any graduate degree; MBA, MHRM, MSW, BE or other professional qualifications are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a target‑oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with Naukri or similar job portals.
