About the role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team in Surat. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring field sales and technical staff for Surat and surrounding areas, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit field sales and technical personnel for Surat and nearby locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local networks, and on‑site hiring events.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage joining formalities.
- Track recruitment targets and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in volume or field hiring, preferably for sales or technical roles.
- Strong communication and candidate sourcing abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Surat local talent market.
