Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Remote, Target‑Based (₹15k/month)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, target‑driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our remote HR team. This entry‑level position offers freshers and early‑career professionals the chance to build a career in recruitment and human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic or online screenings.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Update recruitment trackers and MIS accurately.
• Work toward monthly hiring targets and build a candidate database.
• Collaborate with the HR/TA team to close open positions timely.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
• 0–1 years of recruitment or HR experience (freshers welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making candidate calls and conducting screenings.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong follow‑up ability.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
