Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

CareerBloc is seeking a full‑time remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers to source, assess and place top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and evaluate fit against role requirements.
• Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and selection criteria.
• Provide regular status updates and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes using data and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency using sourcing platforms and social media for recruitment.
