Talent Acquisition / Recruiter

About the role

Mitra Learn Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to join its growing recruitment team in Bangalore. The position is centred on B2B hiring, where you will manage client hiring requirements, source suitable candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews and support the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client hiring needs and required candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist qualified candidates and conduct initial HR calls.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline for active requisitions.
• Keep accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Achieve daily and monthly sourcing and recruitment targets.
• Support offer coordination and onboarding follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Any Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field; freshers are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work against targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or B2B hiring is an advantage.
