Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Gaming Industry

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at Juego Studios, a leading game development studio. The ideal candidate will thrive on meeting new people, asking insightful questions, and building strong pipelines of gaming talent. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the game development industry.
• Leverage social media, industry events, and networking to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability information.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and passion for gaming.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding.
• Represent the company at industry events and online forums.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–4 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience within the gaming industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• High energy, passion for gaming, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
