About the role

Roku is seeking a Fixed‑Term Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned functions and locations, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and delivering a high‑quality, inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and decision criteria.
• Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines using inbound, outbound, and referral strategies.
• Drive the full recruiting lifecycle: screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, offer preparation, and pre‑boarding handoff.
• Maintain rigorous data integrity across recruiting systems and document workflow details promptly.
• Analyze market, product, and geographic trends to inform outreach and hiring strategy.
• Use metrics and insights to advise stakeholders, anticipate hiring needs, and optimize funnel conversion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast‑moving technology environment.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to compliance and candidate experience.
